Outside China, we use Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure data centers to relay traffic. we use Alibaba's Alicloud to relay traffic inside China.
We operate a global relay infrastructure to support seamless access across different networks. However, if you need to remote access across different networks (3G/4G, cross firewalls), you will then need to subscribe to Splashtop Anywhere Access Pack ($16.99 per year). Splashtop is best known for its high performance (hi framerate and low latency). The performance should be much better than RDP as well. You should be able to remote access and control the servers seamlessly, if the devices are all in a route-able network. Then download free Splashtop Mac client from Splashtop website. One option is then to use Splashtop :) Download free Splashtop Windows Streamer from Splashtop website, and install it on your Windows servers. Interesting that China AppStore doesn't have MS Remote desktop app.
